A Practice Care Assistant position may include a combination of Reception, Administration and/or Dental Assisting duties depending on your skills and our needs at the time:

 

Reception & Administration

Greeting & Welcoming Patients

Answering Phones & Email Correspondence

Identifying Patient Service Needs

Making & Managing Appointments

General Office Tasks

 

and/or

 

Dental Assisting

Helping Clinicians Plan the Day

Preparing Treatment Rooms for Procedures

Intuitively Handing Instruments to Dentists

Assisting Dentist During Treatments

Sterilizing Dental Instruments

Assisting Patients

Have around 12 months or more customer service, nursing or dental assisting experience? Is this still describing you??

Preferred applicants will be available to work at least 3-5 days a week including some regular Saturdays and be prepared to have starts as early as 7:45am on occasion.
